I wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you provided in moving two of my vehicles cross country. I contracted with your company in November after a very unfortunate experience with another auto transport company. The other company failed to deliver on their contract and I have yet to get a refund!

When I called your company, I spoke with Mathieu who was very patient as I grilled him about how your service and contract works. He was completely understanding after my prior experience and assured me my vehicles would be delivered as promised. You moved my Toyota Corolla from Virginia to Washington State. Pick up was when promised and it was delivered in 8 days. Your dispatch called prior to initial pickup to let me know there was a problem with the truck, offered an apology and got another truck out right away to pick up the car.

We then contracted with you to transport our Dodge Caravan. That went even better than the Toyota. The car was delivered in 6 short days.

Overall, your customer service and communication has been outstanding. I would not hesitate to move another vehicle with you and I would suggest others use you as well. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience, especially after my nightmare with one of your competitors.
